The subscription covers the continuous use of Matilda’s hardware and software, and access to all of the services Matilda designed to deliver, as well as any others that are developed during your subscription.  The subscription also covers access to support Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm Eastern Time and automatic software updates (if you are connected to the internet).  The setup fee includes account setup, shipping and handling, installation support, and initial product training.
